We distill this small batch whiskey using thoughtfully sourced, high quality barley. Our open fermentation, along with the use of local Sierra Nevada water, captures the character of our mountain surroundings while our climate nurtures unique aging attributes. The result is an American Single Malt Whiskey with a provenance and sense of place you can nose and taste. The distinctive and rare releases of Singularity represent our most uncommon and illustrative work with whiskey. Presented naturally (non-chill filtered and no color added) and at cask strength.
